~It rose over her bed, a shadow so dark

~It’s back bent over in an uncomfortable arc

~She stayed silent, too afraid to cry

~And she gripped her teddy bear when it let out a sigh

~”Please don’t hurt me, what did I do?”

~”𝙰𝚌𝚝𝚞𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚢, 𝚒𝚝’𝚜 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝 𝚢𝚘𝚞 𝚍𝚒𝚍𝚗’𝚝 𝚍𝚘 𝚖𝚢 𝚙𝚘𝚘𝚛 𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎 𝚂𝚞𝚎.“

~It got closer, and she was short of breath

~”𝙳𝚘𝚗’𝚝 𝚌𝚕𝚘𝚜𝚎 𝚢𝚘𝚞𝚛 𝚎𝚢𝚎𝚜 𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎 𝚘𝚗𝚎, 𝙸 𝚊𝚖 𝚗𝚘𝚝 𝚍𝚎𝚊𝚝𝚑.“

~She opened her eyes and it was much closer

~But it wasn’t lying, it’s not a poser

~”Why are you here, when will you go away?”

~”𝚆𝚑𝚢 𝚕𝚒𝚝𝚝𝚕𝚎 𝚂𝚞𝚎, 𝚒𝚖 𝚑𝚎𝚛𝚎 𝚝𝚘 𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚢.”
