Yellow and gold

Petals soft as silk

A superior type of corn maze

East they face

To the rising sun

And west they do not look

Heads droop low but never down

Always looking east

Red is rare, their petals

Reaching heights beyond the others

Lined to go to war

But too beautiful to fight

Too powerful to die

Ready to march on east
